Western’s Mary J. Wright Child and Youth Development Clinic has tripled in size with a new home inside the Faculty of Education, expanding their capacity to serve local children, youth and families.
Named after the late Mary J. Wright, BA’39, LLD’82, a psychologist, educator and lifelong advocate for children, the clinic has supported more than 1,400 families since opening in 2017. It offers lower-cost psychological services and hands-on training for graduate students in school and applied child psychology.
